The NHPD is available for free to persons employed at non-profit organizations, universities, and government agencies. Individuals are also offered free registration if they are using the database on behalf of themselves and not of a business. Users registering as an employee of a government agency may be asked to provide a governmental information letter to confirm their registration, while users registering as an employee of a non-profit may be asked to provide an IRS determination letter to confirm their registration. Persons using the database on behalf of for-profit organizations, including those that consult with non-profits or government entities, must purchase a data subscription to access the database and register here. Violation of these terms or the NHPD Terms of Use will result in the termination of the user's access to the NHPD and a request for payment for products accessed.
