This data subscription does not allow for redistribution or sale of any NHPD data in its entirety or in part.
Any user wishing to sell or redistribute data from the NHPD must contact

By registering, you are also granting Public and Affordable Housing Corporation (PAHRC) and National
Low Income Housing Coalition (NLIHC) permission to contact you by e-mail. We will not share or sell your e-mail

Violation of these terms or the NHPD Terms of Use will result in the termination of the user's access to the NHPD and a request for payment for products accessed.
